Wise Harbor provides culinary education services including but not limited to cooking classes, private chef experiences, meal planning, corporate events, and related educational offerings. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.
Bookings and Payments
When you book a service through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Wise Harbor. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking and must be adhered to for your reservation to be confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled service will receive credit toward a future booking. No-shows will forfeit the full booking amount. Wise Harbor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Health and Safety
Participants in our cooking classes and experiences do so at their own risk. You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health conditions that may affect your participation. By participating, you acknowledge that cooking involves potential hazards including but not limited to heat, sharp objects, and allergens.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of Wise Harbor or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the website
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
